Roy Jewels is built to be used by everyone. That includes clients who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need more contrast, more time, or larger text.

Our standard

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The site is reviewed and remediated on an ongoing basis, templates, product pages, checkout, and new features as they launch.

That work covers keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, descriptive text on imagery, color contrast, visible focus states, and forms that announce their errors clearly.

Third-party services

Parts of the experience run on third-party tools, payments, video, chat. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind, but we do not write their code. If a barrier sits inside one of those tools, tell us and we will get you another way through.
