Returns

We offer 60-day returns and exchanges for all customers. Before starting a return or exchange please ensure that your product is eligible.

Special Orders

All items that are Special Orders or Special Order Customizations from any Roy Collection are not eligible for a return or exchange at any time and are final sale. Special Order items, like all of our items, are guaranteed forever.

Bundles and Gift Packs

Any bundle or gift pack can only be returned as a complete set. No individual item of a bundle or gift pack can be returned and/or exchanged.

All Other Products

All returns and exchanges must:

• Have no signs of wear or tear
• Be in original condition
• Be in all original packaging (including any boxes, pouches, bags, and tags)

To Start Your Return or Exchange

Email returns@royjewels.com with your order number in the subject line. We will reply back with return shipping address, a shipping label, and further instructions. Or text us at +1-212-624-2784 with a callback number and we will call you back within 2 hours with further instructions.

For exchanges, please outline the issue and what item, size, style, etc. you'd like to exchange for.

Within 2 business days of receiving your item, we will issue a refund and/or ship your exchange. Your credit card company may take several days to post refunds to your account.
