Shipping Times and Rates

We ship everywhere in the United States and Internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Roy Jewels does not ship orders to post office boxes. Roy Jewels does accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

Every order ships fully insured. Orders over $1,000 ship with signature required, domestic and international.

Special Order and custom pieces ship after production and can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on the complexity.

For each address within the United States and Internationally, the following charges apply:

Standard Shipping: $0
Available on all orders. Please allow 5-7 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Express Shipping with signature on delivery: $25
Available only on orders in the United States. Recommended on all orders above $1,000. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your items. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
